DC Pancake Tachometer

The brushed pancake tachometers are mounted directly on the load, usually coupled with pancake motors.
Thanks to the high number plates on the collector, in these tachogenerators the ripple voltage is very low, an essential characteristic for obtaining very smooth movements.
